At the end of the session, participants can engage directly with the speaker during a dedicated Q&A segment to clarify doubts. All you need is a smartphone, laptop, or PC with a stable internet connection to join.

2. What if I miss a webinar at the scheduled time? Can I view it later or transfer it to someone else?

If you miss a scheduled webinar, you can either:

  • Transfer your seat to a colleague or friend by providing their name and contact details to avoid any confusion.

  • Access the recorded session through our on-demand recorded webinar option, allowing you to watch at your convenience.

Contact our customer care team for assistance with transfers or accessing recordings.

3. How long does a typical webinar last?

Our webinars typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, including a 10-15 minute Q&A session at the end.

4. Can I change the date or time of a webinar if it doesn’t suit my schedule?

Live webinar dates and times are fixed and cannot be rescheduled unless there’s a cancellation due to technical issues from our side or the speaker’s. If you’re unable to attend, you can:

  • Watch the recorded webinar at a later time.

  • Contact our customer care team to request a replay of the session at a more convenient time, subject to availability.

5. How long does it take to receive a webinar transcript?

E-transcripts are delivered to your registered email address within 7-10 business days after the webinar. Please ensure you provide a valid and active email address to avoid delays.

6. When will I receive my ordered DVD?

DVDs are shipped within 10 business days after the live webinar session and will be delivered to your provided address.

To attend, simply:

9. When will I receive login credentials and webinar materials?

Login credentials and downloadable webinar materials (e.g., handouts) are sent to your registered email address 24 hours before the scheduled webinar.

10. How and when can I ask questions during a webinar?

Each webinar includes a 10-15 minute Q&A session at the end, where you can submit questions via the chat panel. Additional instructions for asking questions will be provided during the live session.

11. How do I obtain CEUs for a DVD or electronic transcript?

  • For DVDs: You’ll receive instructions and a CEU certificate with an index number included with your DVD shipment.

  • For e-transcripts: Guidelines to access your CEU certificate will be emailed to your registered address along with the transcript.
